turbo rebuild in edinburgh?

hi there,drive a ickle cinq with a turbo conversion.
turbo is making an occasional slight noise at idle which i assume is the turbine bearings going allowing the blades ot skim the housing.
anyone know of somewhere local(ish)to me who would rebuild the garrett T15?
just to save me sending one off etc

stay over in gorgie,just near sloan VW.
basically i put the car off the road to do a few jobs which turned into many lol.
cars just been driven round our little car park as ive sorn'd it.
turned it over t'other day and heard this noise which sounds like a rotational metal on metal sound.cant hear it with the windows up.
lay underneath and it does seem to come from the turbo,went away(or at least seemed to ,on revs).
turned the engine off and started it again and it was gone.havent removed the turbo yet as im meant to be moving at the end of the month so have a ton of stuff to do.
expecting to just get the car trailored over ot the new place
