Digital TV Card

I need to buy a TV card for my uncle's new PC, capable of recieving digital TV. Doesn't need to be all the bells and whistles, just a decent picture quality and reliable. Please no suggestions of Hauppauge products, I bought one before and it was the most shite piece of hardware I'd ever had the displeasure of owning. Budget ~£50, less if possible.

I have the top one on that page (£35) and it works very well, being able to set it to turn the computer on, record stuff, then turn off is a fantastic facility.
I used to have a Hauppage analogue one which also worked well.
