Many on here will recommend them, take a look at www.jzmachtech.com.

call them, and ask for Steve Mchale, he's the man

(make sure you alot a fair amount of time for the call, as he knows a lot !!)

Chris Boys is the man in the suspension department. There's not much he doesn't know and their service is first class.

Dave

I echo the above. Had nothing but excellent service from them. Very honest, and their work is first rate.

I turned up late (after 18:00) to pick my car up after its suspension was done, and someone still explained what had been done and why, to make sure I was happy. The work and attention to detail is excellent, too.

Used them for year and was delighted but my last experience was less good - in fact it was dreadful. I would use them again, but I was dissapointed. I think it depends who you deal with. They have some brilliant people and one or two less so

couldn't agree more but they're just as expensive as an OPC

Hmm their hourly rate is about 65 quid + vat. My OPC is 140 + vat...

Stuff like geo setup is pricey though I admit. Then again they spend half a day doing it.

I thought you used Parr Alan? Anyway, JZM are good and I would recommend ...but nearer to us Kent guys is Elite in Essex. Haven't used them myself but have heard good things about them.

When I had a rattle coming from my engine they knew straight away that it was the cams. Excellent service, treated me as an individual and gave me straight answers. I dealt with Dave. Worth paying a little more IMHO

I wouldn't fancy an OPC's chances of looking after my 1984 Carerra properly! I doubt most mechanics employed by Porsche these days have ever worked on them.

They set my turbo up and did a fine job while I waited (took me down the shops). The original settings were all over the place. Polite, helpful and will use them again.

they fixed my engine check light problem and a bunch of other stuff for me

I really rate them. In fact I’m never going to take my car somewhere else

They are a safe pair of hands Alan (p.s. those LED's past the MOT no problem)
