MSN Messenger history vanished

[julianhj]

I've just opened a chat window for one of my friends, and all of the conversation history has vanished. It was last archieved automatically a couple of months back, all my other contacts are fine, I've looked where they are all stored and this particular contact history has just vanished.

I've looked in the recycle bin just in case it had been deleted in error - no luck and highly unlikely anyway.

Any ideas?
