Has anyone any idea how much manual steering racks go for, new/recon or secondhand?

Just had major problem with my power steering rack and am now getting it replaced with a non-power assisted rack. Getting discount on this as garage using my other power steering bits for different cars. Was quoted £450 to recondition my power steering rack or £470 to fit a used non-power steering rack with discount. Don't know if that helps

Thanks folks, without wanting to open te PAS/manual debate, I'm toying with putting a manual rack on the racer over winter, just wondering how much i need to budget for.

Have manual rack from 1998 450 removed at 14,000 no problems with it,replaced with PAS. Open to offers....
