Replacing throttle pots

I'm pretty certain one (or both) of mine are faulty. They tune up fine, but after a week or so the bad running is back.

Can I replace them myself? and if so, how much are they and how difficult is it?
I have the software so I should be able to balance them out to 17% each side on idle, I'm just a bit worried that if I remove them, then I have a car that won't go anywhere when i put the new ones on

Esy to replace, just unscrew, remove and re-fit. Think they are between £20 and £40 each.

Indeed. If you know how to adjust them, then you can certainly replace them. Especially considering your vast technical expertise Mr T.

When you do repalce them you will notice such a difference, the machine performs 100% better, snap, crackle and pop she goes, I had mine replaced about three weeks ago, got a dealer to do them, I didn't have time, she sounds awesome and runs better than ever, cheers ! Chris
