Picked her up

Well we have finally picked up our first wedge.

Used to belong to Gavinr, bought from a very nice chap in Banbury and am astounded at the history and info that came with her.

Drove Dad down on Saturday and took it in turns on the return leg. WOW what a fab car, after lots of doubtfull moment this car RULES!

Now tucked safely away in its new warm garage waiting for some sunshine.

A very Happy new owner to Wedges!

Nice one I very nearly bought this one agreed a price and was 2 days from completing the deal but I realy wanted a red un and MOH came up so that was that. Shame it has taken you so long to collect her as you have missed some mighty fine wedge weather . Ian

Ash: whereabouts in the NE are you? Several local PHers meet up at Shaftoes near Bishop Auckland once a month and there are occasional driveouts... see the NE forum!
As for local wedges, well there were quite a few of us a year or so back but one guy sold his, one is laid-up and one has gone quiet...
