Little bit of steam!

Have a T350c Red Rose and only run the car about 2-3 times a week.
Started her up this morning to find small amount of steam escaping from the exhaust. After the water reaches bout 25-35 degrees i can't see it anymore.
Is this just condensation in the exhaust or something similar?
Does anyone else get this? I used to get this on my Renault 5 turbo and that had a brand new engine in it.
