I agree with Stiglet - the hard Fintray trees took the front wheel off my OMS as well.
As I said at the time, if the farmer ever cuts down the tree on the outside of Hairpin (the one in the middle of the escape road), I want it - the timber will be turned into a garden seat, as revenge is always a dish best served cold...
More seriously, as a spectator I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting, and need a copy of Eddie Berney's joke book as I am commentating at Alford!
PS - can you get a salad bar for slim people next year? My Cardiologist does not approve of Steak roll with chips as part of my diet...

.....More seriously a big well done to GAC for a well run event. Without wishing to appear sycophantic I would commend the standard of marshalling which was impeccable.
The Startmeister and pal were onto Gary’s conflagration, extinguishers in hand before the situation turned into a complete disaster and also Tuscan Thunder, Steve M and others were pulling someone’s OMS from the bushes before the driver had worked out where he was!
The hairpin – finish section is the same for everyone so no point in complaining ....but Grrrr.......

I was impressed 
The friendliness of the club is fantastic, The condition of the track was better than I have ever seen it and the size of the classes were bigger than anywhere else and the competitive times remarkably close.
The whole event was exceptionally well organised, and easily located with the myriad of signs and directions in every road around the area. The commentator was in great form and seems to get better every time he does it. He actively gleans those little bits of detail from the drivers, all of whom he knows, and his friendly and knowledgeable manner had us all in stitches.
If you want a tiny criticism then the paddock was very tight, perhaps the marshalls cars could have been down the hill a little to give us all a wee bit more space for turning etc.
Altogether one of the best weekend's I've had in years
