We are looking to expand our business, and part of this is to open a retail high street shop. This will require an injection of capital. My bank is conventional, and I am wondering what sort of proportion of the required capital they will be looking to me to provide?
TIA
For a standard business loan they look at 50% each. If you're using it to purchase assets then you may be able to reduce the requirement from yourself. Also depends on how long you have been trading, how your accounts look etc.
