Trip to Somerset today - on the M3 on the way down, saw a TVR S with the most unsubtle 'Pistonheads' branding on it - who does that belong to? Ted?

Then on the way back around J6 saw a very interesting unbadged Aston - lower than a DB7, echoing the shape of the Vanquish but smaller - yup - despite lots of body disguise, I think I saw a prototype DB8!!! Went for the camera, but the chuffin' battery was dead!

Anyone got any idea why a DB8 would be driving about in that neck of the woods?

Could the Aston prototype be a heavily disguised AMV8? Those things are sex on wheels.

Off to get a life......

Mights have been AMV8 but looked a bit too small. Could be lots of things, but why on the roads that far south? Why not near Newport Pagnell? Is there a specialist facility in that neck of the woods?

Ah but the AMV8 is small, that's the whole idea of it. Sort of 911 sized. Rich...

Several... but primarily because the TRL test track is at Bracknell.

It will be competitively priced. Do not believe all that you read in the "comics"...
