Got another letter this morning clearly marked on both envelope and letter with Mr Steve Towman.

So why did they start the letter Dear Sir/Madam?

Stupid really, but it really annoyed me!

Do nasty little scummy parasites generally care about any individual aspects of their victims? No, they just want to bleed them dry, and any consideration of individual circumstances could be detrimental to this overall aim.

Even road deaths going up are not enough to distract them even for a moment. The nerve of these people, it's absolutely criminal.
