South Essex TVR Specialist needed...

A garage down the road, recommended by a friend, has now had my Chim for four weeks. That's 1 week longer that I had it in my posession before the ****ing thing wouldn't start, 3 days after the starter motor died and had to be replaced. Please excuse the asterisks.

Not having a great time with this car, and now it seems this garage don't seem to want to admit they don't know how to fix it. And the summer is fast disappearing.

So I'd like any tips on where I could 'take' it (it doesn't start at all*) to get someone who knows what they're talking about, to look at it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

*Turns over, no power to fuel pump, garage say they've checked the relays (although not sure I believe them), AA said no spark at plugs but there was a charge at the coil.

Leven Technology (Very Good). Or Phil Woods specialises in Body work / MOTs on TVRs, does also do some mechanical work, I had problems with starting got it to him and he mot'd and sorted the starting problem same day.

It could be a number of things working against each other and the starting and not something that cannot be fixed over the net.
