How to burn a CD with cross-faded tracks

Hi,
I'm trying to put together a CD for an up comming birthday party. I've got all the tracks as MP3's and would like to burn them to CD, but without the gaps between them.
In iTunes, I can use cross-fade to mix them (adminttedly, it's not a seamless mix, but that's not really a problem) but can't seem to find any way to burn a CD like this.

Anyone got any suggestions?

You can set the track gap to zero, or cross fade using Nero's advanced options. Then select disc-at-once option.
