D70 spare battery

[cliff123]

Has anyone bought the spare D70 batteries of ebay for £10(ish)? Are they useable or more of a danger for the camera? I've got a wedding coming up and I dont want to run flat, but also dont fancy blowing £50 on just a battery which would be used for the hour while the original rechargers (if needed as it seems to last for so long as it is).

I just bought a battery for a tenner from Picstop. Looks okay to me...

I bought a genuine Nikon battery for about £15/16 from a HK seller - damned if I can find their ebay shop now though...
