Has anyone been "done" for using a Laser jammer?

Hi all,

After being caught by a sneaky laser trap last week (while using a radar detector which repeatedly cries wolf)I'm considering getting myself a Snooper SLD 920 Laser Blinder. After reading a few articles their use in the UK looks to be illegal.

Has anyone heard of the police actually prosecuting someone for using one?

sod the jammer i know where i would like to jam the radar gun,

dont think the operator would like it much unless hes into that sort of thing
