Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Mike Youles and Roger Bennington of the Heritage series for inviting me and my brother along to Snetterton on Sunday. We had a fantastic day meeting drivers and seeing behind the scenes of this excellent race series with it's eclectic mix of 60s and 70s machinery. It was great to see some hard, committed racing without resorting to the panel-bashing of the day's headliners... (See the 'banger racing' thread for pictures of their knackered racecars!).

Took plenty of pictures of the HGTCC race which can be seen here. Hope you like them.

I would like to echo the comments made by Trackside and say what a great day it was with some excellent action on track.
Great to see some close, non-contact racing after watching the banger racing that call themselves proffesionals!

Thanks for the hospitality and it was great to meet some of the teams involved in the HGTCC.

It's a series worth getting to know, in my opinion. Cracking racing with great looking and sounding cars. cool

Sadly we won't be a Brands this weekend. We're going to try and get along to the final round in October though (FFord Festival weekend) so hopefully see you then!
