TAM targa roof - bowing along the fold down

Looks like a common problem, more so in the older cars
but has anyone had this ugly looking problem resolved ?
Bet it is big $$$$$$$

It is the so called hard rail above the rear screen,
it starts sagging in certain places, on a good roof
it looks like a solid piece...
