AP racing brake discs

Hi all,

My AP discs are just about spent and need replacing. Are there any alternatives out there which are, erm, a little less heavy on the wallet? My only concern is they are the alloy mounting bell variety and might have an AP specific bolt arrangement.

I didn't mind paying for the kit initially, but was somewhat shocked at the replacement disc cost. Suppose I should have checked that before buying them, oh well!

Any advice on cheaper alternatives would be appreciated if anyone else has been in the same boat.
