Hi I am currently in the market for a tvr sagaris but it seems its not as easy as first intended to get my hands on one.
If anyone knows the where abouts of 1 of these cars in Oz or knows of where I can get one it would be very helpful.
From quick research it seems that you can only bring one through fron the UK if you have owned the car in the UK for 12 months and you have also lived there for that long, if there is any other way could someone please let me know.

Aziz I think that is the only way. Alternatively if you can find somebody with a Sagaris that is emigrating to Australia they can bring it for you. I brought my T350T, it was not difficult.

Wow - very rare car in Oz.
Doing the sums, they're about 45k UK pounds currently (for an 05 model). Convert that to Oz, say 110k + shipping (3k) + import duty, customs, reg, LCT (27k) - that's about Au$ 140,000 on the road if you did a personal import. Haven't seen any for sale here in Oz so no idea on what second hand prices are like.
