Needing to know roughly how much to advertise the cerb at!
Our dream house is on the market and I need the extra cash. Which is shit as the cars running 150% and feels great at the mo'
I would be replacing the seats with standard ones and keeping the NOS kit but apart from that it would remain as is!

Craig - sorry to hear the beast must go, especially after all you have put in to it, the house must be very special.
Very difficult to value at the moment most expensive trade one on autotrader is below @ £22K (there is a private one for £22.5K but that seems very over priced in todays market as other 99 models are on there for as low as 13K - 14K). With the spec of your car, I would have thought you should be able to command a premium over one below - question is how much above. Start high, it is easy to drop the price.
1999 S Reg TVR CERBERA 4.5. 22,650 miles. Mica blue with butterscotch and blue full hide interi. 22650 miles, fTVRsh - just done, old MOTs and MOT'd to Mar 07, taxed to Aug 06, 4 owners. Fitted with PAS, radio/CD, 18" alloys, non-smoker option, four recent adjustable shocks, Austec Chip and engine re-map, ACT Induction kit, de-cat pipes, sports exhausts.

This is the problem I'm having! The house is amazing and we really wanted it 6 months ago before I moved to where I am now.
The usual head pulling in one direction and the heart pulling in the other!

Self Cert Mortgage Craig, no need to declare salary multiples, just a couple of bank statements. You will pay around .05% more than a normal mortgage, but, you will get the cash and keep the car
