New Alert noises on Navman ICN520

Got a new 520, and it seems pretty good. Got the Gatso POI set up with no problems, except that the Alarm tone seems pretty feeble.
Is there any way to change this to something that I'll actually hear?
I know I could turn the volume up, but I dont want the directing voice to be any louder..
any ideas?
