Hello people.
I'm in the UK and am in the process of installing a 1978 350 Chevy motor into a 1987 Camaro. Unfortunately, the 5 speed box( Borg Warner) in the Camaro won't mate with the block without a larger Bell Housing. The 350 Block has the 168 tooth starter ring and the cars original 5ltr lump has the 153 tooth ring.
I have not been able to find a larger housing in the UK, but i know they are available. It doesn't have to be new, so if any of you Guys have any idea who to contact in the USA, and who would be willing to ship the part to the UK, then please PM me.
I know that Year One and Classic Ind. sell them, but as yet I have not won the lottery and can't afford there prices !!!
