MOT Time

Yup, that time of the year again today. Took the Wedge in for its test this morning. Funny how you always feel worried isn't it? Fortunately she behaved herself and passed without even a single advisory!

Isn't relief a wonderful feeling!

True... there are times when working in the motor trade has its uses

In fairness though, I only had two areas that I was worried about - I thought the rear foglight had never worked, and the front brakes were binding earlier in the year. It turned out that all the lights were working fine, and the brake balance is spot on. Happy days

sorry to say that: the MOT isnt worth a penny.....have bought several cars (tvr wedges, lotus) in uk...80% of the cars with a fresh mot had a totally rotten chassis, sticky brakes and tyres at limit.

dont tell me i had bad luck....my expirience is the reality!!!!

Yes, we know. But most wedge owners have some mechanical ability and can decide for themselves whether a car is basically OK, regardless of what the paperwork says...

Agreed...a notable dealer in surrey sold me my car with a new MOT and rotten outriggers to boot.
