Cooling upgrade..
Discussion
I guess moving heat away at lower temps initialy would help take away some of the strain the heat puts on electrical components in engine bay?? Help to keep cabin temp down by starting to cool before reaches temp of a small atom bomb?? Not sure really! Just seeing if there are benifits...you are right if not broke then why try to fix...or is attack the best form of defence?? or perhaps it is getting late..

I had it fitted before heading to Europe for a couple of weeks.
I had no cooling issues before; it was a precaution and as an attempt to keep cabin temperatures lower for the missus.
To be honest, I'm not really sure I've noticed much difference. Once in traffic, both fans will kick in anyway and with the roof off you're going to be hot if the sun is out. Going along on the motorway, I think it ran a little cooler but that could be due to numerous other factors.
Saying that, it works as advertised and the adjustability is useful - i.e I made it come on at a lower temp in Italy to try and give it a head-start at keeping cool then turned it up a bit when back in the UK.
