fast flashers but no bulbs gone.

hi,hope someone can help. my 97 chim has been sitting in the garage for a few months now, i'm getting it ready for its MOT whilst i was checking the electrics over, when i use the left or right flasher it flashes fast as if there is bulb gone but there is not. when i put my hazards on they all flash at the right pace. has anyone had this problem before? thanks, adam.

If they are at their normal brightness and the battery's fully charged, it sounds like new flasher unit time. Unless David Beer can tell you how to diagnose and repair it.
