Wheel nut torque settings?

Hi,
Can anyone advise my local tyre fitters the correct setting for the original Gilbern wheels on my MkII Invader estate?

I set mine to 40lbs/ft. This was the setting that Caterham used on their wheels. It seemed to work well for my car. There are no official settings that I know of for Gilberns. Hope this helps.

MK2 Invaders use MGC uprights/hubs and Gilbern alloy wheels, so the torque settings are as for MGC.
