Good Dealership!!!!!

Naming and Praising!!!, now theres a rarity, however TMS keep going up in my ratings!!!, Their head mechanic has spent nearly 2 hours under my car this morning checking everthing for me telling me what needs replacing etc i.e. bushes/suspension. Has found the cause of my diff knocking + other bits. The cost?? absolutly nothing!!, Thats what I call service!!. It has also secured the work being done by them!! I don't mind paying the extra overheads for main dealer if you get service like that!!. I could probably get all the work done cheaper elsewhere, new poly bushes/suspension upgrade/new top diff mount/new rear wishbone!!!!!! but I will use TMS because I appreciate good customer service and support!!!
And to add to it all the suns coming out so the roof can come off!!!!

They do seem to know what they are doing when it comes to finding faults which is why I will be getting mine serviced there again this year.

This is very rare in the days of customer service being close to the bottom of the dealer priority list.

I've got a very large dealer only 10 miles away from me but choose to go the 110 miles to TMS because I get a much better service and customer-friendly attitude.

Much as I hate to make their heads swell, I too find TMS excelent.

Both the sales and service side are the best I've recieved in 13 years of TVR ownership.

I'm on the look out for a good dealer. I'm also considering using the factory for service work. Is this good/bad/indifferent?

I have also found them very good have been using them since I had the Chimaera.

They must be doing something right. There is however, still room for improvement...and I will continue to judge by what happens each time I visit....

I'll give you an example of how good they can be..

Popped in on Saturday to sign the docs for my new car and take some photos of it. Not only did they get it out for me so I could take some piccies, they also got my old Tamora out so I coulkd take some of them together...
