To Anyone Thinking of Buying a Nikon D50...

[Zad]

(Ususal caveat, I don't benefit from this, have anything to do with Amazon etc etc)

Amazon have a stonking deal with: Nikon D50 Digital SLR Camera Kit Black includes AF-S Zoom Nikkor 18-55mm Lens [6MP] www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0009U5VQO/

£374!

I wonder how low it will go before the remaining stocks disappear? I should say I found this on the www.hotukdeals.com (a consumer site not a profit making shop) which is also a great place to find links to cheap memory cards and hard drives.

e.g.
Maxtor SATAII 320GB 16Mb Cache Hard Disk Drive - £69.93
Sony 1gb Memory Stick Pro Duo - £29.36 or less delivered
Aaren 4GB USB 2.0 memory Pen Drive only £26.41 delivered

[Platinum]

Only undercuts the price I paid by £8, so I won't get too upset.

IIRC Comet or Currys were doing the D50 with lens for £365ish about a month back!
