help - won't switch off !!!!!

whilst putting in a lights on buzzer , I blew a couple fuses , replaced them . if i switch on the ignition i cannot switch it off again , if i start the car i cannot stop it with the key . can reset it by pulling out a relay from fuse board (replaced this relay and same thing happened)

Have retraced my steps fitting the buzzer (and removed it) but only took feed from light switch and stereo ,wondered if something else got damaged when fuses blew . Anybody got any ideas

A 'lights on' buzzer generally works when the ignition is off. If its connected to the ignition relay coil and not the contact side of the relay it could be back feeding and latchingthe ignition relay in the ON position. A purchase of Steve Heaths Bible is well worth while if only for the wiring diagrams. TVR do things differently electrically to the rest of the automotive industry.....

thanks for reply , replaced ignition feeds relay with another but problem still there. removing this relay switches ignition off and without it seems to turn off and on and start fine ?? .

took the feed off existing stereo live , have removed lights-on buzzer to try to eliminate this
