a PACE v S172??

Right me again! Still trying to work out what I need to do given I got a NIP for doing 97mph in a 60mph zone (dont shout if thats your bag, the other half has already ripped my head off and used it to score baskets!!).

I have read on some sites that I can submit a PACE (??????????) instead of signing the NIP...is this right? Now I was driving and havent seen the photo. I think if I do I am on for a 6 pointer or a short ban!!

Your abit close to the magic mark to be playing games IMHO.

The scoop is that its a waiting game. You wait until the last possible moment to get the photo',see the video, send the PACE, send your responses to threats and hope it either times out or that the CPS drops the case.

don't respond at all and just get three points and a bigger fine (oh plus an MS90 thats a bit more expensive on the insurance than an SP30)
