you read my mind!!!!!!!! wife loved the cerb but just to much work to drive. no tvr is practical but i was hoping a 350 or sag were an easier drive. its hope they are or i will be at the bmw dealer again. that i dont want. going to tvr center tomorrow to test drve both. hope the roads dry up in time

Both are a piece of p!ss to drive at 3/4, and I mean really easy. Become more of a handful beyond that (as I suppose does any performance car).

both more practical than most. I've used the Sagaris's hatch far more than I thought I would and it can take even a woman's amount of luggage. Few sports cars of it's performance get close to doing that. T350 has fewer ground clearance issues than the Sag but London speed bumps etc. have to be taken slowly but rarely make contact with a little patience. Other than that it's much more usable than it looks. The rear hatch also offers pretty good visibility allround, certainly much better than Lotus Esprit and Ferrari F355 I used to own. My friend's Exige 240 cup has zero rear viz and next to bugger all rear 3/4 which is an issue at angled junctions.

There are quite a few lady drivers of Sagari on here who all love to get behind the wheel but my Mrs has yet to be persuaded (or it could be I'm just hogging it - it is a legendary drive). To be honest she's not a big fan and much prefered our Honda S2000 but that's more to do with the amount of attention the Sag attracts and the gut wrenching acceleration and handling. If your Mrs likes rollercoasters and being gawped at you'll be laughing. The t350 is definitely a lower level of response but both attract overwhelmingly positive attention, unlike anything fast and german.

My g/f drives my Sagaris – normally rather rapidly as she likes to see all the change up lights in each gear. Although she says it’s boring compared to my Tuscan which she preferred because “the handling was more edgy making it more challenging to drive fast” rolleyes

I'll go with the Pits assessment: Jane likes the handling in the Sagaris and feels "safe" with the car as a passenger. Having said that she is equally happy tear-arsing about in her Cerb or the 440.
Luggage wise agree as well - plenty of room - deceptively so. Not quite the Tardis, but pretty good. Then it depends on budget......

T350 caertainly can feel a bit light footed in the 100+ area...

agree with that, do the nitron shocks help the t350 feel more planted? would like to get some but want to see some positive reports first

had a T350T for a year, second TVR, there is nothing to touch them for design and performance. Quality much improved over Chim I had. Looked at Porsche and BMW for same money, talk about boring, fell asleep in the showroom

Part of the thing with the Nitrons is the setting up of the car……..apparently.

However, the standard car, set up properly, is fine. If yours feels less than planted at 100 mph, something’s wrong. I suspect there is little or no need to be sucked into spending £1000+ to fix it. Try tyre pressures and a 4 wheel alignment.

Graham if you go to Croft on the 4th you will get a session in a 350 with Nitrons and you will also get a session in a Sagaris which i think are a fantastic track car (fantastic car all round come to think of it)

Try and get there.

Book it through the club i think there are only a few spaces left...

Graham,
I've a Saga Lout with a spare seat that I am willing to offer - I'm no superstar, but you should be able to feel the difference.

Just Joe average that may be able to help someone make up their mind .

See you on the 4th and if you're up for the whole weekend , beware of Novern sorts and their beer drinking habits .
