Anyone converted a 280i to a 5 speed T-5

If you all have what parts will I need. I have the Transmission and the 5 speed Bellhousing from a 2.8 Ford motor. Clutch parts, input shaft, tail housing will likely need to be changed. ANyone know the specs on these?

Don't Sierra 5 speed boxes bolt straight on to a 280 engine?

sierra boxes are a type 9 and bolt up with the right clutch etc - the title says T5 which is a borg warner box as fitted to the sierra cosworth and ford mustang - which are we talking about ?

Type N boxes are rare in the US and not as stout as the T-5. I want to go with the T-5 so that is what I am asking.

a few of the tasmin racers have fitted t5's to v6 engines. speek to Moore racing, John reid and I think jooz may have fitted one as well
