I’ve got to drive to quite a few meetings next month

How much do you guys charge on your expenses (£/mile) for using your Lambo/Ferrari?

used to charge 3.75 per mile to use mine on business.
(However it is my company!) The Goverment guide lines are 45p per mile for the first 10k then 28p per mile thereafter regardless of you chosen transport, be it puch maxi or zonda.

When haggling dont forget it is supposed to cover wear and tear, insurance, tax etc not just fuel.

The tax wonders of being self-employed - I'm amazed you haven't got British Virgin Island plates on your car yet

but in my case does that mean I can charge the company whatever they will accept, but I then get charged tax on anything beyond the £0.48/mile?

If you get anything less than 45p for the first 10k miles you can claim that back at the end of the year or offset it against any tax liability.
