Long brake pedal

Started getting a long brake pedal travel yesterday, but haven't done any investigation as yet. Car still stops fine, and if you come off/on, you get a normal pedal again. Doesn't feel like a hydraulic problem, so I'm wondering if it's a warped disc / dodgy hub bearing pushing a piston back in. Anybody had anything similar?

Completely forgot to post the update.
Well, spot on diagnosis. Offside rear hub was a good half turn loose. Checked the rest, but they were all fine.
Hopefully no bearing damage, but I'll keep an eye on it over the next few weeks.
FYI - on my 400, all the hub nut positions are marked with paint, so it's easy to see whether there's been any movement. You only need to pop the centre cover out of the wheel to check, so well worth the effort. I've re marked mine.
Brakes fine again, but it's amazing how different the car feels generally.
