Which is the Std Porsche Steering Wheel
Discussion
I am trying to work out if my car has got an upgraded steering wheel or not. It was a demo car so im not quite sure. The courtest car we have today has a triangular shaped boss, but the wheel feels a lot bigger which made me wonder which was the standard fit on a Boxster (987)
Is it:
A) The one with the triangular boss
or
B) The one with the circular boss and perceived smaller diameter?

I think the triangular boss is the standard purley because I didn't tick anything regarding an uprated steering wheel on the options list for my 987, and that's what I got!
Is the other steering wheel much better? I have seen various 911's in autocar tests and most seem to have the standard job.

Actually Frank I prefered the one with the triangular boss in the courtesy car. It might have been my imagination but it felt a bit thicker. Having said all that I think I like the fact that mine is a little smaller.
