Hi guys,

Just wanted to publicly say thank to all the people from these two companies who helped me out today.

Not going to say what I was in, but firstly, Scuderia pulled one out of the bag for me, (thank you Manu), and then to follow an Enzo AND F40 to Verdi along the M4 was great fun.

First visit to Verdi's and being Bank Holiday weekend, everyone seemed to want their Ferraris for the weekend, so organised chaos best describes it, but Harvey calmly got on with the job, and everyone was very helpful, cheerful and genuinely interested in what I was up to. (might have had something to do with the car, but I can't say)

Thanks to all who helped, very impressed.

Alan.

Come on, it is totally unfair to dangle carrots like that. If you really can't say, then next time don't mention that you can't say. Just thank whoever and move on - no need to get all elitist on us.

Unless of course you can say, and you're just looking for a little goading to coax it out of you. If this is the case, I'm the first one in the queue. Come on - spill them beans boy!

FXX?

Either that or a Roadster. But I'd wager on the 640. So what happened?

Verdi's have seen plenty of LHD Murcielagos not to be fazed by them and be awestruck. confused What made the LHD Murcielago you were driving so special?

I didn't say that it was a unique car, and I have my reasons for not wanting to say what it was I was driving.

I was making an observation regarding two companies, who, at a very busy time for them, pulled out all the stops to help me, and I just wanted to say thank you.

First time I had been to Verdi's and if everyone gets the same treatment that I saw yesterday, then I have to say I was impressed, and I only hinted at the fact that as I was in something different, it may have been due to that, but I DID start by saying I followed an Enzo, so I doubt it.

By the way, Ninja Eli, love your 360, great sound, nice colour, thanks for the chat.
