Where did they go?

I was wondering what ever happend to the Speed Eight prototype? I have alway though it was worthy of a production run, but the Griffith dwarfed it in popularity. I was also curious to know if the where abouts of the 660 SE were known? Cheers.

Both Speed8's were chopped up and scrapped. The 660 is allegedly somewhere in Europe, having been laid up for about 10 years so far...

IMHO the Speed8 would probably find buyers even now; several of the guys on here like the lines. Shame there isn't a body mould lying around somewhere...

They chopped up the speed eights? Oh well, I guess we all make our mistakes. I was hoping one still remained. They left the White Elephant intacked and even sold it-I was hoping I could convince them to sell me the speed eight. Damn shame.
