I'm trying to download some 1940's sounds for a theme party and found a great selection on the BBC Schools site. However, they downloaded in RealPlayer. I do "right click, save target as" and download to my hard drive but when I come to play the file it's not there. Obviously I am saving a short cut so cannot then copy onto a CD for replay.

When I download a file which is WIndows Media Player, they play fine and can be copied to a CD.

You'll have to record them into something else. So play them from the site whilst having a recording program running.

Thanks Agent. Can you give anymore details. I have Windows Media Player and Sonic Record Now but can't figure out how to record from a Real Player file.
