im having a spell of bad luck it seems with my T350, alford tvr meet left me with no power steering, knockhill last weekend left me with a speedo reading 226mph, this weekend i loose all power and no life in the car at all, suspected alternator/ecu problem, was a sad moment seeing her off on a low loader

hope my bad luck comes to an end soon, otherwise i'll be selling up and moving into something a bit more sagaris-like, was taken out by a kind member of the forum on saturday in his car and its starting to look more and more appealing all the time.

Whilst the Saggy is a brilliant car it shares the same alternator, power steering pump and speedo sensor (assuming you have a later one). Admittedly, they'd all be covered under warranty though!

Saggy definitely does not have the same speedo sensor as the T350 I used to have. The saggy one has behaved thus far and is chalk and cheese. Even the speedo needle is more solid on the move and doesn't flicker about. Things really are improving.

They changed them a few times. I had a Saggy one in my t350c (cost about 20 quid IIRC).

think the new one they sent me is more stable than before as the rev needle jumps about far more than the speed needle.

Mine has been faultless the last 3 weekends. Mind you, its not been out of the garage due to business travel/vacation

I'm sure this is just an unlucky phase. I'm currently building up confidence in mine again. Drove it for 13k miles without a worry in the world, but now since the headgasket went I'm a little paranoid.
