TVR Drivers Becoming The New BMW Drivers?

I've witnessed a few 'moments' recently involving TVR drivers behaving in an anti-social manner which led me to wonder if some of us aren't inviting ill feeling from other road users. Today took the biscuit though.
Red T350 registration Sx xxx southbound on the A10 from Royston.
What. A. Muppet.
Overtook on cross hatchings at a 'T' junction with oncoming traffic, almost got wiped out by a Land Rover and came within a few feet of my rear bumper forcing his way in. Did the same a couple of times more on the Buntingford by-pass.
Thing is if he'd changed down, accelerated properly and timed it all correctly all but the maneouvre on the cross hatchings might have been (marginally) acceptable. Instead they were all poorly exucuted. One was downright bloody dangerous and the others just stupid.
I'm selling up before I get tarred with the same brush.

There are morons in every walk of life and owning a TVR doesn't necessarily make you exempt.
It means you have good taste but isn't going to give you an injection of common sense and there could have been a very good reason for his/her driving such as a medical emergency. I'm not trying to condone the actions, just talk you out of a rash decision I know you will regret later

Sorry but no defense. Had he been pressing on properly there'd have been no near misses, overtake in seconds and pull in. He was just driving like an arse.

If you regard your TVR as more of a badge than a piece of engineering, then you're probably better selling up.
Anyone who makes sweeping generalisations based on what sex, colour, car someone drives, etc probably isn't worth listening to.
By the sounds of it, the T350 driver will soon remove himself from the gene pool.
Lets just hope that no other poor sod is involved.
Keep the car, lose the concern of what others may think - you drive a Chimera after all *runs for cover*.......
