Their website says that they were going to debut their new impreza based roadster at Snetterton at the weekend.

Did anybody see it or get some pics?

Short answer is no because it never showed up.

That's too bad...Is there a long answer as to why they weren't there? I was really hoping to see the Murtaya in final form...

Thanks.

Got the impression from Steve Hole that they simply hadn't turned up and not said why.

I just talked to Steve and he mentioned that their show car was not ready and they did not want to show an unfinished car...Hopefully things are cool and that they show/launch Murtaya in the near future...

Thanks,
Mike

Hi All,

Tis true, we didn't manage to get the Murtaya to Snetterton and (after a lot of late nights and hard work) had to pull the plug on getting to Snett late on Sunday.

Unfortunately we had to make a decision about either bringing a part finished, part painted car to the show, or hanging a sprayed bonnet, primered boot and doors onto a tub, or delaying the first public outing until Donnington in a couple of weeks time.

Either option is not good and very painful for a professional company to make, but we felt that is was far better to show the car in properly finished form rather than arriving with lots of fanfare and a disappointing product (in terms of not ready for people to really identify the true character of the car).

This has been terrible for us, but only means that we will be hitting Donnington even harder than before.

Apologies from all at Adrenaline and we hope people weren't too dissapointed. Hopefully we'll see some of you at Donington on the 16th /17th.

Thanks for the info, Andy. Good luck at Donnington; those of us who can't make it (like me, unfortunately) will still be looking forward to the debut...

Thanks,
Mike
