Caspy you may be able to answer this

In the VXR 500 thread you mentioned that the Wortec Exhaust is now approved by Vauxhall.

Since you can't fit an exhaust without the remap does this now mean that warranty is now covered with a Wortch conversion - Just wondering like because this would be very good news.

Between Wortec, ourselves and Vauxhall the warranty is intact.

Caspy, if it is approved by Vauxall, and doesn't effect the warranty, is the wortec then considered a factory fitted (ie not aftermarket) add on, and therefore you don't need to tell the insurance company? or you do, due to power hike?

BTW, I am in Fleet, Hants, and hoping to pop down and see you next week, I am after a remap and wortec back boxes I think, have you got a demo i can hear?

Hi Mike

If you alter the car, tell the insurance company. Its their call then and its total disclosure on your part. The VXR500 upgrade and Exhausts are Vauxhall endorsed and approved, not factory upgrades.

Plenty for you to hear when u pop down.
