Use of the money!

Would the motoring public be as angry towards scamaras if the goverment was to put the money generated back into training people to become better drivers and can prove there doing it?

Yes and No.

I certainly believe that the whole point "Speed Kills" is a fallacy. Poor driving and observation kill. Speed is a factor in the impact energy, however a 911 turbo braking hard from 50 will I expect (would love to see the stats) see 0 before Miss Miggins in her archaic 1.3 Metro with wooden brakes. Thus a more observant driver who brakes quicker will be, in my opinion, safer than Miss Miggins and her reaction speed of a toroise on cannibis.

As a result, I don't believe that the fines ought to be issued in the same way as they are. With excessively stupid driving caught by Trafpol however I think the fine should be £100 and this money used to train others, and especially the driver themselves.

It would still be as wrong as it is now simply because theyd be penalising safe drivers, using them as a revenue stream to fund their policies; allocating scamera revenue to some other area of policy while ignoring the fact that the scameras are there simply to raise that revenue. Its a tax, a jack.

As long as these bastards on a stick remain, i for one will continue speeding, continue defying them, continue beating them at their own game; theyre just not smart enough to know when theyre beaten, idiots. Scrap em all now.
