Red light camera flash
Discussion
How bright is the flash on a camera? Is it always visible in daylight?
Went through a very amber light today at a junction. Don't need to go into details -other than to say that I was close to the junction when it went amber, and going at a speed where stopping would have meant crossng the line, whereas a quick push on the right pedal meant I would get through on amber (tut-tut).
I'm 99% the lights were on amber when I reached the other side of the junction, but would like to know about how likely it is I'd have seen the flash (aaaahaaa, saviour of the universe!)?
Bit of an odd situation, accelerate and cross, with less chance of penalty than if I'd braked and slightly crossed line under red, but stopped.

I thought the red light cams were on a delay so only activated a couple of seconds after the red?
