2 year 33bhp restricted Licence completion

on 31st August, 2004 I passed my motorbike test on a 125. This means that I've had to ride a bike of 33bhp for 2 years.

So, is the 2 years up on 00:00 hours 31st August 2006 (i.e. in just under 3 hours), or 00:00 hours 1st September 2006 i.e. just over 24 hours?

If the period is strictly two years, then 00.00, or even 00.44 as it is now isn't strictly speaking two years yet. Whatever time you passed the test on the 31st two years ago is , I'm in nit picking mode lol. Safest bet is ask your insurer I would guess? Take it easy with that power and enjoy.
