Does anyone know if it is possible to force the spoiler to stay up via re-programming or configuring the existing switch? I'm looking to swap out the existing functionality with one-touch up/down until the switch is re-engaged versus auto-everything.

Because it doesn't look kewl enough with the spoiler down when you're cruising the miricle mile I guess?

Ah I see !

If that's your thing is it not just as simple (and probably cheaper)to press the spoiler "extend" switch with one finger when no-one is looking before leaving home ?

If you are only cruising and don't go above 75mph then the thing will stay extended until it's manually retracted on your return.

Personally I rather like mine to extend automatically then retract itself at traffic lights - oohh missus !!!

I installed a K&N Aircharger and plan on making a weather cover for the spoiler when parking so the engine bay stays dry. Wanted to keep the spoiler up as that's essentially how I'd like to force air into the engine bay. (I know, sounds silly.)

Can i just point out the one flaw in this plan (other than the complex electronics and bypassing the sensors that tell you when the spoilers not working etc).

What happens when some muppet decides it will be a great idea to lean on the very delicate spoiler? It will happen, probably a chav father wanting a picture of his chav baby sat on the back of a porsh (sic).

Thanks for the feedback. The fuse idea sounds like a plan. Not too worried about someone leaning on my car, but will take that under advisement.
