Call of Duty 2 - 360 downloads

Just wondered if anyone else had experienced any difficulties with the extra map packs? I downloaded all three packs ages ago, and every so often when I start the game up it tells me that I need to download the map packs again!
It only takes 5 seconds to re-download them - so they must be on my hard drive somewhere, it just seems the game can't find them!
