How DO you post pictures on here????????????
I cant find any reference to doing it (but I am useless on computers,so be kind when you probably explain that instructions are on page 1)

Found instructions over on tvr general gassing, it took me a fair few attempts to crack it.

First step, ideally, is to compress your image file so it will load up quicker and also resize it to 750 pixels wide.

2. Save your pic somewhere like imageshack.us or photobucket.

3. Type the address of your file where the following X's appear but without any gaps between the brackets and the x's [pic] xxxxxxx [/pic]

You've got a pic in your profile, so hopefully you should be ok following the above.

Compressing the pic is usually important. Steve's is over 3MB, which is quite big and might be why he had problems.

Thanks for the help,managed to get some on.It will be far easier to explain/describe things with an accompanying photo.
