Have you tried doing a search, I'm sure I've seen this question in the last couple of months.

I checked on Haynes website, nothing for the rover v8 engine, which surprised me, unless I didn`t look in the right place, but a search just came up with the land rover or range rover.

Will keep trying to get the Range Rover stuff. Also found a set of PDF files written by Quinny when he rebuilt his v8.
